This week's make it Monday challenge on Nichole Heady's blog for Papertrey Ink is white crayon resist. My daughter must like white crayons because I couldn't find one but I did find a clear crayon from last years Easter egg dye set. So I inked the open leaf tree top with chocolate ink , then using the resist technique I colored the open leaf images with the clear crayon. Also did this for the falling leaves. I sponged blue, green and summer sunrise on the white cardstock and over image. Added some fun paper details, brads and sentiment.
This is really pretty. Love your background colors.

ReplyDeleteBeautiful , Sheri! The colors you blended in the background are perfect behind your tree
ReplyDeleteI just had another look at your card. I thought I'd already left a comment, but apparently not. I love your background colours, your layout, and those cute coordinating paper tags! Great card!
